Chris Provencher
Director of Cloud and Managed Services

Chris’s career in technology managed services spans more than twenty years serving clients large and small. Experienced in all phases of enterprise consulting and project planning, as well as systems deployment, maintenance and monitoring, Chris specializes in Microsoft, Citrix, and virtualization solutions.

Chris holds an A.S. in Computer Electronics from Northern Maine Technical College, and is also a Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V).

David W. Merrill
Systems Engineer

Joining Reliable Networks in July 2015, David Merrill brings more than seventeen years of experience in network administration, systems integration/deployment and software development. David specializes in Linux operating systems and IP networking and has a strong focus in project management.

David holds an B.A. in mathematics from Bates College and a M.A. in mathematics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Dale Powers
Systems Engineer

Dale has some 20 years of IT experience and joined Reliable Networks in the Summer of 2016.

The majority of Dale’s experience has been “in the weeds”, working with clients to solve complex, time-sensitive issues on complex systems.  His broad hardware, software and field engineering expertise, with regulated healthcare and non-regulated entities alike, has enabled Dale to get to the root of the issue and solve problems fast.

Dale has a B.A. in English from The University of Maine, and holds five different BitDefender certifications, including BitDefender Certified MSP Specialist and BitDefender Certified Technical Specialist.

Ray Liu
Systems Engineer

Ray joined Reliable Networks in November 2016 after working in China and Singapore.

While overseas, Ray worked as both a consultant and a systems engineer on a variety of engagements, focusing on complex Windows Server deployments on-premises as well as in Hybrid and Public clouds; Citrix XenApp and Netscaler, and; large fault-tolerant storage clusters.

Ray has a B.S. in Information Management and Information Systems from Tianjin Normal University (Tianjin, China), and holds Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, MCITP and Citrix CCA certifications.
